Salfit: The Psychosocial Counseling Center for Women concluded a capacity building training for 20 women from Al-Quds Open University\ Salfit branch in the field of advocacy and mobilization campaigns.
The Psychosocial Counseling Center for Women successfully fulfilled a capacity-building training for 20 women fom Al-Quds Open University\Salfit Branch. The training took place over the course of 3 days of a total 15 training hours, in the field of:
1. Mobilization and advocacy campaigns, precisely related to the field of women’s economic rights in the West Bank.
2. Enhance the ability to develop monitoring, evaluation and learning programs.
3. Develop and enforce advocacy strategies.
This training comes as part of the “Women are able to change” project, implemented in partnership with the Palestinian Working Women Association for Development, within the framework of the Feminist Program for Women’s Economic Rights (FEM PAWER), funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by a coalition of four human rights organizations Women in the Middle East and North Africa region, led by the Swedish Women’s Foundation for Women (KTK) with the Arab Women’s Association (AWO) from Jordan and the Research and Training for Development Action Group (CRTSA) from Lebanon, and the Palestinian Working Women’s Association for Development (PWWSD) from Palestine.
