PSCCW and LRC meet Bethlehem and Hebron Governors to discuss WIJDA Project

Aiming at discussing possible cooperation to implement the activities of the project “Strengthening the role of the Palestinian Civil Society and the services to promote and protect human rights and fundamental freedoms, democracy and the rule of law.(WIJDAN), PSCCW and LRC have met Bethlehem Governor MR. Kamel Hmeid and Hebron Governor Mr. Jibril Al-Bakri.

The project aims at contribute to supporting the resilience of the Palestine community the areas most exposed to violations of the occupation in both governorates. This will be achieved through the implementation of several activities, including documenting the occupation’s violations against the population, specifically in matters of land ownership and housing, forming community protection committees, providing psychosocial and legal support services, and implementing campaigns for Awareness and advocacy.
