Training course for 40 health and non-health workers to improve their skills on protocols for dealing with cases of gender-based violence

Description of the required task:

Through this task, the center seeks to contract with a consultant to provide the service of implementing a training course for 40 male and female health and non-health workers to improve their skills on protocols for dealing with cases of gender-based violence. In Qalqilya and Salfit governorates, divided into two groups. These groups will receive 20 training hours for each group (5 training days, 20 training hours), where the following topics will be discussed, which will focus on enhancing the knowledge and skills of employees who deal directly with cases of gender-based violence:

1. Definition of gender-based violence and its types; How to identify cases of gender-based violence.
2. Service providers and their role according to the national referral system.
3. How to deal with survivors of gender-based violence.
4. Documentation of cases of gender-based violence.
Target group
• 40 male and female health and non-health workers from the health directorates in Qalqilya and Salfit governorates, with 20 training hours for each site.
