The Psychosocial Counselling Center for Women had proudly participated in the Women Deliver Conference 2023, through the support and facilitation from the African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF). The conference took place in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda, from July 17th to 20th, 2023 under the slogan of Spaces, Solidarity and Solution through the engagement of thousands of women from various countries around the world. It provided a vast space for exchanging knowledge, experience, and collective learning.
Throughout the conference, there were sessions that deeply shed the light on inovative stratigies to better solve gender disparities and boost women’s economic position, create safe spaces for women from different backgrounds.
The most vital outcomes from the conferense was coming up with solutions to better enhance women’s social, economic and political positions.
